Club Majority Essay Prize 2025

We are excited to launch our annual Essay Prize.

Eating disorders are often misunderstood and underdiagnosed in racialised, older, LGBTQ+, male, neurodivergent, religious, disabled, and low socioeconomic populations. We believe that real change begins with centring the voices, ideas, and experiences of those who have been historically excluded from mainstream narratives and services.

At Club Majority, we believe in Eating Disorders Care, Benefitting All™.

Advancing Eating Disorder Care

Essay Title

This year’s prize invites essays that engage deeply and creatively with two key questions:

1. What are the challenges and opportunities in integrating community institutions (e.g. faith spaces, schools, cultural hubs) into eating disorder care?

2. How can traditional eating disorder care be reimagined to serve underrepresented communities more effectively?

Please only complete one essay question.
